warm welcome pristine room refreshing drinks missing mat slow cleaning unheated pool

The reception staff provided a warm welcome. my room was pristine thanks to yousef. He cleaned it thoroughly. raafat at the pool served refreshing drinks. That was amazing!!!

the gym lacked proper rubber mats. room cleaning was very slow. one of the pools was not heated, unfortunately.

The staff was helpful at times! the cleaning was great, my room was always super clean. i really liked that the beach had a lot of sun loungers and i did not have a problem finding one. i also found the hotel to be spacious. It never felt crowded.

the music was very loud a lot of the time. the bass vibrated through the building. i was hoping to relax, but i had trouble because of it. the entertainment was loud! i think that the hotel is not set up well for the animation team, and the noise travels everywhere.
